Who We Are

Rovium is a luxury menswear brand based in London, United Kingdom. These terms apply whenever you browse rovium.co.uk, join our Inner Circle, or place an order with us.

Using This Site

This site is provided for you to browse our pieces, learn about Rovium, and join our Inner Circle. You agree not to misuse it — no scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorised commercial use of our content or photography.

You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order or submit your details to us — broadly, 18 or over.

Products, Pricing & Availability

Every piece is made in small batches. Once a run sells out, it may not be repeated in the same colourway. We take care to describe and photograph each piece accurately, but slight variation in colour is possible depending on your screen.

Prices are shown in GBP and may change at any time — a change won't affect an order you've already placed or an early-access place you already hold.

Early Access, and Orders Once Checkout Is Live

Rovium is currently pre-launch. Joining the Inner Circle reserves your place in the queue for early access — it is not a contract of sale, and no payment is taken at this stage. We'll contact you personally to complete your order.

Once full checkout is live, placing an order is an offer to buy, and a contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece turns out to be out of stock, or its price was listed in error — in which case any payment already taken is refunded in full.

Payment

Once checkout is live, payment will be processed entirely by our third-party payment provider. Rovium never stores your full card details — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Delivery, Returns & Cancellation

Delivery times, costs, and our returns process are set out in full on our Shipping & Returns page. As a UK consumer, you also have a statutory right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — our own 14-day return policy is built to honour that as a baseline.

Intellectual Property

The Rovium name, wordmark, logo, product photography, and site content belong to Rovium and may not be reproduced without our permission.

Our Liability

We provide this site "as is" and aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded — and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the business grows — most significantly when full checkout launches. Any material changes will be communicated by email to subscribers, the same way we handle changes to our Privacy Policy.
