Shipping & Returns
Dispatch
Every piece is checked, folded, and packed by hand. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your piece leaves us.
UK delivery
Tracked UK delivery is £4.95, or free on orders over £150. Waitlist customers receive free UK delivery on their first piece. Typical delivery time is 2–3 working days from dispatch.
International delivery
We ship worldwide. International rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
If a piece isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Email info@rovium.co.uk with your order number and we'll arrange it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 working days. You'll get an email confirmation at every step.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email info@rovium.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and we'll hold the replacement size for you while your return is in transit — subject to stock, which runs in small numbers.
